2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the website, the server automatically processes technical data such as IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, browser type and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is deleted after a short period. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Netlify; transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. Enquiries by form, email or phone

If you contact us, we process the details you provide (for example name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry) in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in our legitimate interest in handling enquiries efficiently (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Fonts

The fonts Spectral, Instrument Sans and Martian Mono are hosted on our own server. No connection to third-party servers is established when the website loads.

5. Anonymous reach measurement

To understand how often this website is used, we record without cookies and without third-party providers when a page is opened, how long it remains visible and how far it is scrolled. We do not store full IP addresses; to count visitors we only form a daily changing, non-reversible hash value. No user profiles are created. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the needs-based design of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

This website does not use cookies.
